Mike Hilbun is a guitarist, producer, and educator based in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has performed at major festivals across the United States, produced music for TV and film, and maintains an active private teaching studio with students throughout the United States and internationally.

Mike has performed across the United States with artists including Billboard-charting R&B artist Cupid, two-time Grammy winner Terrance Simien, AGT Golden Buzzer recipient Chapel Hart, and #1 Billboard-charting gospel artist Anthony Nelson and the Overcomers. His performance credits include Austin City Limits, SXSW, the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, and ESPN’s Monday Night Football pregame entertainment at Caesars Superdome. He currently performs with touring pop-rock group LVVRS and is endorsed by DR Strings and Rattlesnake Cables.

Mike has produced and performed on recordings that have garnered over 5 million streams, been featured on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and USA Network, and heard in rotation on SiriusXM. His work has also been synced on Temptation Island, The Ultimatum, and Hollywood Houselift. His recording credits include a #1 Billboard-charting single with Anthony Nelson and the Overcomers, as well as releases with LVVRS, Chapel Hart, and Dylan Lloyd.

Mike maintains an active private teaching studio serving students across the United States and internationally. He currently serves as an Assistant at Louisiana State University, providing private instruction while pursuing a Master of Music in Jazz Studies. He previously earned a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
